About This Event
BrodettoFest turns the Fano seafront into a celebration of the Adriatic fish soup. Its centrepiece is a national cooking competition, held at the PalaBrodetto, that names the Italian champion of brodetto and fish soups. Around it are guided tastings, boat outings, children's workshops, talks and concerts. A guest regional fish soup is featured each year.
