About This Event

Encebollado Fest gathers restaurants and small food businesses selling their versions of the Ecuadorian tuna-and-yuca soup, often with chifle, bread or popcorn on the side. In 2024 entry cost 3.50 dollars and gave a tasting passport stamped per plate. The 2025 edition was at the CCI Arena with more than 40 businesses competing.
