About This Event
The tradition began in 1967 and became part of the Comú's festivities in 1981, when the Confraria d'Escudellaires was formed. The escudella is served in the square, and other Andorran parishes hold their own escudellades around Sant Antoni. Escudella is a broth with meat, vegetables and pasta, so it sits on the soup-stew boundary.
