34th Festa do Caldo de Osos de Taboada, 14-15 February 2026 (programme starts Friday 13th with an old-photo exhibition). Saturday: documentary preview, tasting of Galician artisan food, an osovinicola route and a charanga. Sunday: native-breed fair, crafts market, folions and cabezudos, proclamation, the tasting at 14:00, lunch at 15:00, children's cooking workshop, a popular dinner and an orchestra.
