Soup festival on 18 October from 1 pm to 8:30 pm at the Sociedade de Vale de Lobos (ARPI Os Lobinhos do Vale), a fundraiser for the feast of Nossa Senhora da Piedade. Several soups with unlimited refills for 6 euros per person, plus bifanas, filhós and cakes; dessert sales go to the children's support association Querido Pai Natal.
