About This Event

Volunteers, associations and restaurateurs from the valley serve thirty to fifty different soups, from traditional to inventive, in the garden of the villa. Around the tasting there are shows, exhibitions, talks, a craft market and a folk ball on Saturday night. The 2024 edition served about 8,000 ladles.
