About This Event

Households, schools, associations and care homes run decorated chalets and serve their own soups; a jury and the public each pick a winner, and there are prizes for the best costume and best stall decoration. Since 2011 the recipes of the soups have been published under a free licence on Wiki-Brest, so anyone can cook them again.
