About This Event
Restaurants set up at the Mercado del Río, above the Malecón 2000, to serve traditional and creative soups, including Ecuadorian classics such as encebollado. Entry is free and dishes carry promotional prices. The festival began in 2023 and reached its third edition in 2025, when more than 40 recipes were on offer.
