Soure's municipality organises a multi-day festival of soups and arroz doce at the Multiusos pavilion. Parishes and associations run tasting stalls, and each day has music and dance performances.

Part of the 50th anniversary of 25 April commemorations. Tasting stalls run Friday 19:00-22:00, Saturday 12:00-23:00 and Sunday 12:00-20:00, with concertina groups, music schools and dance groups performing each day.
