About This Event
The Festival de Sopas Mediterrânicas was organised by the Fundação Irene Rolo at the Mercado da Ribeira in Tavira. Thirteen local restaurants sold soups inspired by the Mediterranean table at modest prices. It was set up with public and private partners from the municipality. Only one edition appears in the sources found.
