About This Event
The barrio of Buena Esperanza cooks sancocho in large quantities in its park as part of its yearly festivities. Reports mention thousands of plates sold, with a record of 8,000 in 2022 and about 4,000 expected in 2026. Local food entrepreneurs take part. Expect queues, and go early.
