About This Event
Saint-Chamas has held this soup party for more than twenty years. Associations, municipal services and engaged citizens prepare hot or cold, traditional or surprising soups, and tasting is free. A booklet of the year's recipes is published on the town website so that people can cook them at home. Visitors are asked to bring their own mug.
