About This Event
The soup is made from tomato, pepper, onion, garlic, bread, potato and wild asparagus. The day, which falls on Andalusia Day, includes an artisan market, flamenco and folk music, and a free soup distribution in the afternoon. The festival has had provincial tourist recognition since 2001.
