About This Event
Ajoblanco, a cold soup of almonds, garlic, bread, oil, vinegar and salt, is the focus of the festival, declared of national tourist interest. Villagers make more than 4,000 litres following the Axarquía recipe, with muscatel grapes for a touch of acidity and sweetness, and about 15,000 people are expected. The 2026 edition was the 56th.
