About This Event
Teams register to compete at the Stir the Roux gumbo cook-off while the public wanders the grounds of Centennial Plaza, later next to the Mississippi Aquarium. Entry to the festival is free; tasting the cook-off gumbos costs extra. The first edition took place in 2022 and a fourth was held in 2026.
