About This Event
Cooks from many countries present their homeland on display boards and serve their soup, with the goal that every pot is empty after two hours. A jury awards the best soup. Entry covers a bowl, spoon and napkin, and recipes can be taken home. The festival premiered in 2009 and is not held every year.
