About This Event
Cooking teams from about twelve countries each prepare 15 to 20 litres of a soup from their homeland in wooden huts in the castle courtyard. The event is run by the town's integration network as a cultural rather than commercial occasion, and the soups tend to sell out around midday. It is held every second year.
