About This Event
The festival starts with the Kalennemaju rite, in which three walnut kernels are dipped in red wine, and then serves vertuti, a soup of legumes and cereals flavoured with wild thyme and dressed with Sabina olive oil. Pasta, sausage and bruschetta complete the meal. The 2026 edition was the 32nd.
