About This Event
Acquacotta, a traditional Maremma soup, is the symbol of Santa Fiora's August on Monte Amiata. The food stand at the municipal stadium runs for ten days, with a dinner on the opening evening and lunches and dinners after. The 2026 edition was the 45th.
