About This Event
The sagra takes place in the small hamlet of San Clemente in Valle, beside two streams in the Pratomagno hills. It is built around ribollita, the Tuscan twice-boiled bread and vegetable soup. The 2022 edition was the 39th, which makes it one of the longer-running ribollita festivals found.
