Aquilea's zuppa is recognised as a Traditional Agri-food Product of Tuscany and carries a municipal designation of origin. The village committee serves it every evening of the festival from 19:00, together with other local dishes and music. The event takes place in Aquilea, a hamlet in the hills of the comune of Lucca.
