About This Event
Crișan sits in the middle of the Danube Delta and its festival is about the local fish borș, the traditional fish soup of the area. The festival takes place in the centre of the village and is aimed at both tourists and locals, with cooking, tasting and a cultural programme. The commune hall organises it with a Delta association.
