About This Event
Sopas no Mercado is organised by the Tavira 100 scout group at the Mercado da Ribeira, the town's riverside market hall. Local restaurants take part, each serving its own soups, and the event is also a fundraiser for the scouts. Entry to the market is free and there is live entertainment. It has been repeated every year since its first edition.
