About This Event
Organised by the municipality in its exhibition pavilion, the festival lets visitors taste many soups, from sopa da pedra to fish soup and tomato soup, alongside music and a space for local wines. Producers and associations take part, and a lamb recipe contest has run alongside it.

21st edition. Friday opened at 18:00 with the Grupo Coral Fora D'Oras and a show by Pedro Mestre. Saturday brought workshops, music by New Balkan Collective, an acorn-soup tasting and fados. Sunday had the election of the best soup at 12:00 and a folk group in the afternoon.
