About This Event
The gathering brings together delegations from 15 municipalities. On the Saturday there is an evening of festivities; on the Sunday local cooking groups prepare their traditional escudelles and ranxos, which visitors can taste with a ticket. It is run with the Federation of Escudelles, Ranxos and Historic Soups of Catalonia.

12th Trobada d'Escudelles, Ranxos i Sopes Historiques, Gelida, 22-23 November 2025 (20 years of the Gelida team). 15 teams: 12 FERSHC teams plus guests from Andorra, el Soler and Varallo. Saturday: photo exhibition, musical evening, fire show. Sunday: pots lit from 6h, pilota contest (10-12h), blessing at 12:15, official tasting at 13:00. 12 EUR ticket: ceramic bowl, spoon, 15 tastings and a basket-raffle number.
