About This Event
Tabio, north of Bogotá, devotes a day to traditional soups: ajiaco, mondongo, cuchuco con espinazo, mazamorra chiquita, trifásico sancocho and arveja con pata, sold by the plate. In 2025 a plate cost 12,000 pesos. The town has held it more than once a year, including a holiday-Monday edition billed as Viva la Sopa 2.0.
