About This Event
Part of the Cajun Extravaganza weekend run by Mardi Gras of Southwest Louisiana, the cook-off sets up outdoors with teams in amateur and professional classes. The public can sample every pot once the judging starts, with live music playing between tastings. Teams begin setting up early in the morning and the tasting runs through the day.
