About This Event
Rădăuți celebrates its signature soup, ciorbă rădăuțeană, with a day in the central park on the Aleea Umbreluțelor. The first edition cooked more than a thousand portions in ten stainless-steel pots of fifty litres each, and the second aimed higher. The soup is given out to the queues of visitors, with a programme on the side.
