About This Event
Plzeň's Festival polévky gathers restaurants, bistros and charitable groups who cook their soups in large kettles and sell small tasting portions. Past editions have offered everything from classic Czech soups to cream soups and more exotic recipes. The date has moved between spring and early September over the years, so check the current announcement before going.
