About This Event
Plzeň's Festival polévky fills the Pilsner Urquell courtyard with cauldrons, and cooks, from well-known restaurants to amateurs, prepare the soups in front of visitors. The range goes from Asian and Mediterranean soups to old Czech cabbage soup and tripe soup, and entry is free.
