About This Event
Wazemmes becomes an open-air dining room built around soups from many cuisines. Amateur teams cook in front of passers-by while a jury and visitors taste, and there is a separate children's contest. Concerts, brass bands and street shows fill the day, and entry is free.

The fifteenth edition took place on 1 May 2015 in Wazemmes. The Louche d'Or went to a 'Veloute coup de coeur main verte'. The official gallery shows a huge crowd, musicians, a cook over a steaming giant pot and the trophy raised on stage.
