About This Event
Around thirteen cooking groups, including clubs, families and schools, cook soup in big pots in the grounds of the Paul-Gerhardt church. Guests pay a small plate fee, taste every soup and vote by stacking their plate on the pile of their favourite, the so-called plate diagram. The festival is a joint project of local institutions, clubs, residents and businesses.
