About This Event
Restaurateurs from Svendborg and the surrounding area each serve a small bowl of soup in Rundbuehallen on the harbour. Guests get a spoon at the entrance, taste every soup and hand the spoon to their favourite cook, and the one with most spoons wins the soup stone, the Suppesten. Guests enter in two time slots, so tickets are for a specific slot and the event can sell out. The 2026 edition had twelve soups.

The accompanying post says guests choose the winner, entry is in two sittings (10:30-12 or 12:30-14), tickets via kulinarisksydfyn.dk, at the Rundbuehallen on the harbour.
