What's on
The 2010 festival kicked off in September (Taiwan Today, 21 Sept 2010) and its three-day finale started on 3 December. On 5 December the top three beef noodle masters were crowned in red-braised, clear-stewed and creative classes. Chef Hung's noodle shop won red-braised for the third time. The mayor said Taipei beef noodles should become as iconic as Peking duck or French wine; the city's registered beef noodle shops passed NT$1 billion in annual sales in 2010.
