About This Event
The festival celebrates Taiwan's best-known noodle soup with a multi-day competition and stalls at Yuanshan Flower Expo Park. Categories have included braised and clear-broth beef noodle soup. Admission is free, and food and merchandise on site are paid.

The 2013 festival ran from 1 September with shop discounts across the city and closed with a carnival on 9-10 November at Expo Park's Yuanshan area. The chef-contest winners were announced on 10 November: a Kenting hotel won the red-braised class and 阿牛牛肉麵 the clear-stewed class.
