What's on
The 2020 contest was the 15th year of the city's beef noodle evaluations and was grouped by broth: clear-stewed, red-braised and tomato. Applications ran 29 July to 31 August, finalists were announced 4 September and 74 shops competed in the final on 20 October 2020. Royal Heritage won red-braised (a result that triggered a public controversy), A-Niu won clear-stewed and Niu Jiangjun won tomato. Winners ran promotions until 31 October.
